Last night Michael Sheen spoke to James Corden via video chat in Corden’s ‘from his garage’ talk show. Michael talked about the Black Lives Matter movement, charity works like the Homeless World Cup, Quiz, druids and a gift from his great-great-grandmother who was a lion tamer. After taking a break from original episodes this past week, “The Late Late Show With James Corden” will return with new garage installments next week. The episodes will again feature a combination of remote celebrity appearances and segments filmed in Corden’s home.
Of the four new episodes set to air, three will feature musical performances.
Doja Cat will perform on the June 1 installment, closing an episode that also features chats with Keegan-Michael Key and Todrick Hall.
M. Ward will perform as part of a June 2 broadcast that also features Michael Sheen, while Alanis Morissette will perform as part of a June 4 lineup that also includes an interview with Anna Kendrick.

Last night the BBC talk show came back to its 27th season with an episode under lockdown. At his home, Graham Norton spoke with Michael about Quiz and they even re-enacted Who Wants to be a Millionaire? game show, where the host called Dame Judi Dench to help him.

As the UK lockdown continues, all sorts of TV shows are having to get a little creative to bring entertainment to the nation, and Friday night chat show The Graham Norton Show is chief among them.
For this series, the programme is moving to a new slot – 9:00pm – and a shorter runtime as Graham interviews guests virtually from home, beginning in the first episode with singer Michael Bublé, actors Michael Sheen, Martin Freeman and Daisy Haggard and musician Celeste, who’ll perform her new single.
“We can’t wait to be back on Friday nights bringing a little bit of lightness during this strange time,” Norton said in a release, before getting stuck into the usual mix of chat and games.
Ler maisMichael appeared as guest on ‘Live with Kelly and Ryan’ on Monday morning, December 23rd, to chat about Prodigal Son, currently on hiatus until January 20th. You can watch two snippets of his appearance below, in which he talks about his great great grandmother, who as an elephant and lion tamer, and his father, a Jack Nicholson impersonator:
