Michael Sheen reveals he and his family have been battling COVID

In a post on his Twitter account, Michael Sheen revealed last night he has spent the last few weeks dealing with COVID-19, which as been “very difficult & quite scary”:

I’ve spent the last few weeks laid low by COVID. It’s been very difficult & quite scary. On #InternationalWomensDay I want to thank all the incredible women-Anna, Mum, Lily, Joanne, my friends & all the women I am lucky enough to have support me who’ve helped me through this. ❤️ pic.twitter.com/O5fPqNTlB2

His partner Anna Lundberg went to Instagram to confirm that she and their daughter Lyra were infected too, but they are “all much better now than than we were.”
